Review & booking rules
Review prepared work and define the boundaries for eligible automatic bookings. Exceptions and sensitive decisions need human attention.
Protected connections & credentials
Encrypted transport and protected sensitive credentials support authorized connections. Use the product’s secure setup instead of sharing keys in messages.
Activity you can inspect
Approval and posting records help your team understand what happened, who acted and which company was involved.
Checks around prepared work
Source review, total checks and duplicate indicators help identify issues before work reaches the books. They reduce risk; they cannot remove every error.
AI choices under your control
Choose the supported AI setup and review learning and usage settings. Broader model-training participation is not enabled by default.

We do not claim SOC 2 attestation or ISO 27001 certification. Using BooksAI alone does not establish your organization’s compliance with accounting, tax, privacy or industry rules.
For procurement requirements, regulated data, regional hosting or contractual commitments, speak with us before onboarding. Confirm any agreed commitments in writing.
